At MineLantern, we aim to deliver your order as quickly and safely as possible. Please read below for details on our worldwide shipping policy.
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after purchase. During this time, we carefully prepare, package, and dispatch your items. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.
We ship worldwide. Delivery usually takes 6–20 business days, depending on your location. Most orders arrive within an average of 9 business days after shipment.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control (such as customs delays or carrier issues).
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected delivery method.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package until it arrives at your door.
While we strive to meet our estimated delivery times, delays can occasionally occur due to customs checks, public holidays, or unforeseen events. MineLantern is not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers or customs authorities.
If your package is lost or stolen after being marked as delivered by the carrier, please contact us at mineartistryshop@gmail.com. We will assist you in opening a claim with the shipping provider, but we cannot guarantee a refund or replacement until the carrier confirms the issue.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address entered at checkout is correct. MineLantern is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
